Canada's Prime Minister Looking To Outlaw Free Speech

Canadian Prime Minister and notorious blackface-wearer Justin Trudeau has reportedly instructed his ministers to put forth new legislation that would address "hate speech" on social media, Breitbart News reports.
In a letter sent to the Canadian Minister of Heritage, Trudeau asked to construct legislation that would impose "significant penalties" on social media organizations that do not remove so-called hate speech within 24 hours.
Is this the end of free speech in Canada?
