Sunday Forecast Still Unsure

Could Be Rain, Could Be Snow In Richmond

March 07, 2018 - 4:56 pm

Richmond, VA ( –  The models are getting clearer that Richmond will be getting something with Sunday's Nor'easter, but Meteorologist Jim Duncan says it won't be clear if it is rain or snow until the storm gets closer.  The storm is expected Sunday evening, and should be out of the way by early Monday.  Duncan says winds should not be a threat.

This storm would be the third Nor'easter in just over a week.  One last week knocked out power to nearly 700,000 Dominion Energy customers.  A Nor'easter over the last few days brought some rain here but a lot of snow in the Northeast.
